Accomodations at CASA IGUANA are varied to suit the needs of the overnight guest or longer staying traveler or vacationer.
Beachfront Suite:
Directly on the Beach Front is our Upper BEACHFRONT SUITE. It features (2) Matrimonial (Twin Sized) beds, Full bath & shower. The 180 degree surround patio has a Commanding View of The Gulf Of Mexico. The Suite is shaded well and offers relaxation as you hear the waves rolling in! This Suite also offers a Mini Refrigerator to chill that Special Bottle of Bubbly.
Master Suite:
Just behind the Beach Suite is our main building Also with Gulf Of Mexico views. The MASTER SUITE Upstairs is a very Spacious unit also with 2 Matrimonial beds in a Huge bedroom area, a Very Spacious bath area, a kitchenette area with refrigerator, microwave, etc, and a large spacious outer deck patio with hammock & lounge chairs. This MASTER SUITE is tastefully decorated in a Tropical theme.
Main House:
Below the Master Suite is CASA IGUANA'S Main house unit. This is available only by the full week rental. It is a complete 2 Br House with Full living room, Full kitchen with Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave & Utensils, and large spacious bath area. On the ground floor, the Main House has Direct access to the Gulf Of Mexico and has its own ground floor patio. This house is well suited for 2 couples or family with children. The 2 Br house rents "only" by the week, and typically from Saturday to Saturday. Other arrangements can be made in advance with prior approval.
Superior Rooms:
Next we offer large ample SUPERIOR ROOMS in a 2 story building directly behind the main house & Master Suite. There are 2 units here 1 upstairs & 1 on ground floor level. Both feature 2 Matrimonial beds sleeping 2-4 people. Both Superior's feature large rooms with full complete bath. The Upper unit has outdoor porch & lower has a small attached patio. Both units are tastefully decorated in a tropical theme throughout.
Standard Rooms:
Finally CASA IGUANA offer (2) STANDARD Rooms. These are smaller in size and have (1) Matrimonial Twin Bed & full bath & shower area. These are perfect for the Budget minded single traveler or couple.
All rooms at CASA IGUANA Have 5 Gallon Purified water Dispensers for drinking, and have High Speed Tropical ceiling fans for comfort. With our beachfront tropical breezes AC is really not necessary.
All rooms and house sleep four persons, with the exception of Standard Rooms, which sleep two.
