Reservations require a 50% Deposit at time of Reservation for reservations up to 3 days in advance. Under 3 days in advance requires Payment in Full in advance. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, & AMERICAN EXPRESS Creditcards. We also accept Direct Deposit to our MEXICAN SCOTIA BANK Account. All rates are in US $ or Mexican Pesos as indicated. Cancellations: Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit 30% of total charges. Cancellations less than 30 days will forfeit 50% of total charges. Cancellations less than 72 hrs prior to arrival will forfeit 80% of total charges. NO-SHOWS forfeit 100% of total charges.
